RISK WARNING AND AGNOWLEDGEMENT

You are advised that participation in the following activity comes with Obvious Risks as defined by the Civil Liability Amendment (Personal Responsibility) Act.
 YOU ARE PARTICIPATING AT YOUR OWN RISK.
To ensure that you understand this, please answer the following.
Tick the box if you agree:

  •  I understand that the use of amusement devices involves risks that may cause various injuries and that such injuries may result in death or serious disability. I also understand that this is physically demanding and in susceptible people may cause panic, hyperventilation or heart attack.
  •  I have been advised of the risks of participation. I wish to participate and do so entirely at my own risk of injury or bodily harm to myself.
  •  Patrons using amusement devices, must take reasonable care for their own health and safety and must not adversely affect the health and safety of other persons. 
  • I hereby release Jump Inflatables, and Blayney CentrePoint Sports and Leisure Centre, along with Blayney Council, staff and assistants of Jump Inflatables or any other persons involved in my participation in indoor recreation at Jump Inflatables, Blayney CentrePoint, demand, action or claim for compensation whether for personal injury or damage to property arising from my participation.
  • I am aware that this waiver is ongoing and will apply to all future occasions I participate in Jump Inflatables activities. I furthermore acknowledge that this document is contractual and may be relied upon in any proceedings by me, my heirs, executors and assigns.

WEATHER:  We cannot control the weather. If we cancel your delivery due to inclement weather, you can choose to receive a refund or you can reschedule. Inclement weather can be, but are not limited to high winds (40kms or more), precipitation, thunderstorms, and cold weather (7 degrees or colder). Please note that these policies are specific to inclement weather conditions only and in no way apply to normal weather conditions.
Common sense must always play a part in our decisions of whether or not it is safe to set up an inflatable due to certain weather conditions. Please know that we always make decisions with the utmost concern for your safety and satisfaction. The safety of you and your child(ren) is our top priority.
If the weather is questionable, we will contact you the day prior or the morning of your event to discuss options. We cannot set up in high winds or if it is actively raining, due to increased chance of injury or electrocution. If you chose to have us come and we are unable to set up due to the weather conditions listed above, you will still be charged for your rental. Jump Inflatables reserves the right to cancel a reservation due to inclement weather such as the conditions listed above. Please call 0406220099 if you have any questions.
Refund Policy: During uncertain weather conditions, if a customer agrees to the setup proceed for the term of the rental agreement and it begins to rain or have high winds AFTER unit is DELIVERED and SET UP, there will be NO refunds, rain checks, or concessions. There will also be No refunds if we have to remove a rental piece or shut down an event early in case of unsafe conditions, including but not limited to Inclement Weather.
WARNING: INFLATABLE UNITS MUST NEVER BE USED WHEN WET INSIDE (except for waterslides) and/or WHEN WINDS ARE 40KMS OR MORE. Inflatables become very slippery and dangerous when wet. In these situations the inflatable unit MUST be evacuated and deflated until the winds die down and/or the rain stops. Once the storm passes re-inflate the unit and dry off the inside before using the unit again.
DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY:  A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due in order to secure your reservation. You are welcome to cancel for any reason prior to your event and your deposit will be honoured for a year. If we cancel your event due to inclement weather, we will issue you a full refund.  We understand things come up, and most events are planned months ahead of time. Jump Inflatables reserves the right to cancel any reservation or portion of a reservation or shut down an event early due to Inclement Weather, unsafe, unclean, or unfit area for unit, or any other situation that the company deems dangerous or jeopardises safety in any way or is not in the best interest of the company.
Terms and Conditions Party/Venue Hire

FEES, CHARGES & OTHER
24 hours notice is required for all cancellations or the hire fee will be payable in full
We install and dismantle free of charge.
The inflatable must be in the same condition on pick up as on delivery. If the condition of the inflatable is different in any way you may be charged a fee including a delivery fee to the repair factory if necessary or cleaning fee should that be necessary
The customer uses / plays in our inflatables are their own risk. We are liable for faulty equipment & negligent setup only.

OUTSTANDING ACCOUNTS - ACCOUNTS THAT ARE 7 DAYS OVERDUE FROM THE EVENT DATE WILL INCUR A OVERDUE FEE WHICH IS 10% OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT OUTSTANDING AND WILL BE CALCULATED AND ADDED WEEKLY TO THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT UNTIL PAID.
 FURTHER ACTION WILL BE TAKEN ON ACCOUNTS 28 DAYS OVERDUE, THE 10% OVERDUE FEE WILL CONTINUE TO BE ADDED UNTIL RESOlVED.


GROUND REQUIREMENTS
The area where the inflatable is being held must be 1 square metre bigger than the actual inflatable’s size.
To deliver your inflatable we need access of at least 2 metre in width. For the larger Inflatables the access space of at least 3 meters, please ensure you have the correct access space or ring us if you have any questions.
Customer is to advise of any underground pipes which could be potentially damaged by staking the Inflatables. Sand bags can be provided if there is a concern.

ON THE DAY OF HIRE
We will go through a Safety check with you to insure you are 100% satisfied.
Please do not move the inflatable once it has been installed.
The setup of the inflatable will take approximately 30mins and 45 mins to dismantle and remove.
You must let us know if the inflatable is not going to sit on grass. Failure to advise may cause the cancellation of your hire.
Although an inflatable is all about fun, we ask that there is a few rules to follow when using the inflatables-
.-No eating, drinking, shoes, glasses, jewellery, buckles, metal-studded clothing, pets, silly string, toys or other sharp instruments or similar items which could cause injury or damage allowed inflatable equipment AT ANY TIME.
Please also be careful of FACEPAINTS and make sure the paint is dry before allowing person on the inflatable.
Please ensure that the smaller kids are separated from bigger kids while jumping.


Up and Down Coaster

Intended for use by children between 2-5 years old (maximum weight 20kg)
Limit: 1 child at a time
Total length of track - 3.12m (platform height 37cm)

Warning- to avoid serious injury
CONTINIOUS ADULT SUPERVISION REQUIRED
Do not use on steps or steep inclines where toy could roll away
Keep away from pools and other bodies of water
Shoes must be worn during use
Only allow one rider
Instruct children: to keep hands, feet, loose clothing, and long hair, away from wheels at all times during use
LIABILITY AKNOWLEDGEMENT
Jump Inflatables will not take responsibility or be held liable for any damages orinjury sustained during the use of this equipment.
It is the responsibility of the hiree to maintain supervision and safety requirements during the hire of the equipment and return the equipment in the same state as it was left in care.
DAMAGES
If the equipment (and items included in the hire) is found to be stained in any way upon retrieval of the goods, and that was not stated on the inspection checklist before use - the hiree is responsible to pay a cleaning fee of $20 and is to be paid within 7 days of the hire date.
If the equipment (and items included in the hire) is found to be damaged in any way upon retrieval of the goods, and that was not stated on the inspection checklist before use and would not be due to normal wear and tear- the hiree is responsible for the replacement fee of a new item ($350) and is to be paid within 7 days of the hire date.

Extreme Thrill Coaster
